Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all OOTO tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
